Being grounded is an essential skill for empaths and highly sensitive people who pick up emotions from the people and environment around them. It means that your presence in your body and connected with the Earth, allow you to feel centered and balance no matter what’s going on with you.
There are several different kinds of grounding techniques there is one that you can be walking around in your bare feet on the sand dirt or any place that is connected with the Earth. Also, you can hug a tree and that method grounds you immediately to your body.
But, the technique that I like to use for myself and I teach other people to use this grounding technique every single morning and to teach them to check themselves throughout the day to make sure that they are grounded.
Close your eyes and envision seeing your feet and in the earth, you see this gold bar.
You then look up above your head you envision a bright beautiful cloud filled with beautiful white light…..the pillar of light!!!
You pull that bright light down through your crown chakra and, feel the light-infused around you. Feel it move down the top of your head (crown chakra), forehead (third eye chakra), neck (throat chakra), chest (heart chakra), abdomen (solar plexus chakra), tail bone (Sacral Chakra) and then your Root Chakra.
You push the pillar of light down through the earth (Gaia) and anchor the light to the gold bar by tying it several times.
Then image the light going back up through your chakra’s and bringing Gaia’s energies through chakra’s.
Then above your crown chakra, you will see a purple light (flame) and that is being pulled in through your chakras and infused throughout the body and extends along the pillar of light.
Envision these lights of energies expand 5 feet in all directions: upper, lower, both sides.
You see that you are in a big bubble of purple and pillar of light. Please enjoy these beautiful energies they are healing and protective to you.
