Meditation every morning can help you deal with stress and negative emotions. Multiple studies have shown that meditation can help reduce levels of depression and anxiety, along with helping people tolerate pain better.
Listen to meditation music and have the diffuser on with your favorite essential oil next to you and listen to the music that allows the oil infuse through you.
Then quiet your mind by thinking of a single Mantra this means a word that you enjoy listening too. Just continue to say the word through your meditation when every you feel your mind coming out of focus. When your mind brings you things just say thank you then say your mantra and keep your mind focus for at least 15 mins.
Do this every day and you will notice you are able to do it longer and longer.
