Sage emits a sharp, spicy, clarifying, and uplifting aroma when diffused. It has been used traditionally for its clarifying properties.
Drop three drops on our left palm, and then rub in a counter-clockwise with your index finger. You rub both your hands together and rub the oil on the bottom of your feet, and root chakra, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, crown, and the back of your neck in the morning and at night.

Grounding
You can use grounding by placing several drops on your hand and put your finger on the oil and swirl it around three times to activate it. Then rub your hand together and start rubbing them in your chakras.
First start on the top of your head (crown), forehead (third eye), throat (front of your neck), chest (heart), upper abdomen in the stomach area (Solar Plexus), lower abdomen, about two inches below the navel and two inches in (Sacral), base of spine in tailbone area (Root) and, then the bottom of your feet.
