A Gentle Letting-Go
Autumn is such a wise teacher. The trees don’t cling to their leaves or worry about what comes next. They simply let go, trust the season, and rest.
This week, I invite you to try a tiny letting-go moment of your own. Sit comfortably, place a hand over your heart, and take three slow, deep breaths. With each breath out, imagine one heavy thought or worry floating away like a golden leaf on the breeze. Then picture soft, healing light filling the space it leaves behind.
There is nothing to force and nothing to get right. Even one quiet minute is a loving gift to yourself.
