About the story
Rascal sees the ocean for the very first time, and with Luna by his side, his beach day is full of wobbly sandcastles, a juicy watermelon picnic, and a crinkly old treasure map. Along the way they help Pebble, a little hermit crab, find a shell that fits just right, and they guide a lost baby sea turtle home to her family under the moonlight. Their treasure turns out to be a chest of sparkling sea glass, and Rascal saves the bluest piece of all for Luna. This warm story is about helping others, making new friends, and the treasures we find together.
