Rascal’s Forest Festival with Luna

Book 5 of the Rascal the Raccoon Adventures

An illustrated chapter book for ages 5 to 8

 About the story

The Forest Festival is almost here, and Rascal and Luna are busy building a little craft stall, baking berry tarts (with plenty of taste tests), and practicing their dance. When they meet Willow, a shy field mouse who paints tiny butterflies on leaves, they invite her to share their stall, and her little paintings become the hit of the festival. Even with nervous tummies and wobbly knees, the two friends dance together, and they help a duckling named Dot rescue her paper lantern from the brook. Back home, they tuck a keepsake into their memory jar, a cozy reminder that everyone has something special to share.
